3571251 - Error on display the Point of Delivery in Customer Engagement

Symptom

Select the One-click Action (OCA) to display a transaction launcher call. Then the following error message is displayed:  "Mapped logical system OWNLOGSYS not defined" or “Logical system cannot be determined”.
