3571270 - Work Zone Dashboard Partial Print Issue

• When trying to print the Work Zone dashboard, the printout does not include the entire dashboard.
• Only the upper part of the dashboard is included in the printout.

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

1. Log onto the affected system.
2. Navigate to the dashboard of the workspace.
3. Click on the "print" button.
4. Check the printout, only the upper part of the dashboard is included.

The root cause of this issue is identified as a backend error that occurs when one of the most engaged members in the workspace does not have an avatar. This leads to incomplete rendering of the page when the user tries to print the stats dashboard.

A code fix is being deployed to address this issue. The fix ensures that the dashboard stats are generated successfully without any error, even when one of the most engaged members does not have an avatar. The fix is scheduled to be deployed on the 21st of March 2025. Allow at least 24 hours after the planned fix date for the changes to reflect.
