Symptom

In this KBA, it will guide you how to check the field status for the service/limit related fields in purchase order, purchase requisition, outline agreement, service entry sheets etc..
NOTE:

  • It is only available for the original external service documents, item category is D or B.
  • For the field status related to lean service document or enhanced limit document, please check the KBA 2441129.
  • For the fields in PR/PO/Outline Agreement at header or item level, please also check the KBA 2441129.
