There is no inactive user with matches but when the contingent worker is hired as permanent/full time employee the onboarding rehire verification task is triggered

1. Hire a contingent worker as a permanent/full time employee in the system
2. Onboarding rehire verification task is triggered

If CWK user was hired prior to its termination/end date (future) of its active CWK profile then this will trigger rehire verification task 

Ensure that the active CWK profile is terminated already before hiring the user as permanent/full time
