3571441 - Rule Assignment Message in Assigning I-9 Business Rule - Onboarding

An error is encountered when trying to assign the Compliance I-9 via business rules. The error message displayed is with the Rule Assignment window: "Select I-9 enablement: ??ONB2COMPLIANCE_RULE_REGISTRATION_REGISTRATION_LOCATION_VALUE_HEADER???"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Enable I-9 compliance via Compliance Settings
2. Go to Configure Business Rule and search for I9 business rule with scenario: Trigger Compliance Forms 
3. Attempt to assign the rule

The issue is caused by a discrepancy in the system where the business rule is actually assigned already, but still shown as unassigned in the business rule UI with rule assignment message

1. Disregard the rule assignment message when attempting to assign the business rule
2. Test with an onboardee and the I-9 should trigger as expected and should not disrupt any process in completing this compliance step
