• In the Purchasing Reports, the release indicator column is not displaying any data.
• The issue is observed in the following reports:
  • Display Purchasing Documents by Supplier
  • Display Purchasing Documents by Material
  • Display Purchase Requisitions

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Access the Purchasing Reports.
2. Open any of the following reports:
   • Display Purchasing Documents by Supplier
   • Display Purchasing Documents by Material
   • Display Purchase Requisitions
3. Observe that the release indicator column is blank.

• The Release Indicator and Release Strategy are not used in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Instead, the approval process for purchasing documents is managed through the Flexible Workflow.
• This workflow introduces a new field called Processing Status, which should be referenced for workflow details and tracking the approval progress.
• Utilize the Flexible Workflow and monitor the Processing Status field to manage and follow the approval process effectively.
