3571561 - Backup failing with Error "Encryption root keys backup password doesn't exist"

When attempting to perform a backup in SAP HANA, the operation fails with the following error message:

447: backup could not be completed: [110164] Encryption root keys backup password doesn't exist. It must be either set in the database or must be given with the backup/recover SQL statement SQLSTATE: HY000 

This error indicates that the required encryption root keys backup password is missing. Without this password, the backup process cannot be completed successfully.
