How to set up a business rule to overwrite "Supervisor" field under Job Information portlet with a custom field value in New Hire Data Review step?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Manage Business Configuration > jobInfo > create custom field:

2. Manage Business Rule > sample rule configuration:

• Scenario: Trigger onChange Rules for HRIS Elements
• Base Object: Job Information Model

3. Manage Business Configuration > jobInfo > custom field (created in step 1) > Details > configure above onChange rule:

4. Test result:

* In case the value sent from RCM is not recognize as onChange action, kindly re-select the custom field value as workaround.
