3571633 - Custom Roles Moved Automatically From One License To Another In SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• After purchasing new licenses in the SAC system, some Custom Roles' were automatically moved from "Planning Professional" license to both "Business Intelligence" and "Planning Standard" licenses in SAC.
• New "Business Intelligence" and "Planning Standard" licenses were appeared/added, which the customer did not have in their system before.

SAP Analytics Cloud (2024.21) 

1. Login to SAC system.
2. Go to "System" --> "Monitor" 
   >> Notice that there are a new licenses have been added to "Business intelligence" and "Planning Standard" licenses type.
3. Go to "Security" --> "Roles"
   >> Notice that some 'Custom roles' from "Planning professional" are moved to "Business Intelligence" and "Planning Standard".

Product defect.

 The Dev Team have fixed the issue: All 'custom roles' have been moved to Planning Professional license.
