3571634 - Different results are shown between the Data Analyzer and an optimized story based on the same bex query in SAP Analytics Cloud

When accessing an optimized story that uses the same query as in the Data Analyzer, different results are displayed.

• SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP BW live connection

1. Login to SAC.
2. Open a Story and set the input variables.
3. Open a Data Analyzer and set the same input variables as in the Story.
   >> Notice that different results are displayed between the story and the data analyzer despite being created on top of the same bex query and same input variable values are used.

Missing mandatory SAP Notes/Patches can cause Optimized Stories to not function properly.
