• Incorrect entries appear in Configuration Activity 'Maintain Storage Categories' after Client Copy in 3SL.

• In Application Platform and Infrastructure->General Settings (ID: 103583), you find multiple entries in the for HCP.DS.<Client number> with different client numbers and where the wrong storage category is marked as active.

Access the Configuration Activity 'Maintain Storage Categories'

This is a result from client copy during 3SL PL table copy.

Table Odata_cv_st_cat and Odata_cv_st_catt is not excluded during client copy.

These tables should be updated only during SAP_COM_1008, SAP_COM_1108 or SAP_COM_0597 setup.

Table can also be updated by customer using SSCUI for changing the active storage category.

These tables are excluded from client copy for CE2508, however, there is a workaround in place for CE2502.

Customer can follow the steps in the help document Integrating SAP Document Management | SAP Help Portal to navigate to the configuration item and activate the correct storage category which contains the current client value at the end.

Alternatively, if you are using customer managed repository via communication scenario SAP_COM_0597, activate the customer-managed external repository.
