3571699 - Inbound Delivery Creation for Cancelled Purchase Orders

• The system allows the creation of an Inbound Delivery against a cancelled Purchase Order.

Inbound Delivery Request

1. Go to Inbound Logistics work center.
2. Navigate to the Purchase Order view.
3. Search and select the relevant purchase order, which has the status Canceled.
4. Choose the Post Goods Issue button.

You are able to create Inbound Delivery against this cancelled purchase order without errors. 

• This is a flexibility provided to accommodate logistics scenarios in which the supplier has already sent the products before the order has been cancelled.
• In such scenarios, for a cancelled purchase order, the warehouse user can create an Inbound delivery to receive the products.
• The goods can be returned to the supplier via a new Supplier return document.

• The reported behavior is a flexibility provided to accommodate logistics scenarios as mentioned above.
