3571706 - DP Agent 2.0 - CamelJdbcAdapter - Databricks remote source configuration - SAP HANA Smart Data Integration

Symptom

  • CamelJdbcAdapter does not function with Databricks
  • Attempted to configure Data Provisioning Agent's CamelJdbcAdapter based on SAP Help Portal page Connecting to Databricks with the Camel JDBC Adapter
  • OAuth2 authentication used in M2M scenario (Auth_Flow=0 or Auth_Flow=1).
  • When attempting to use "None" credential remote source issues: [403]: Credential not found or [504]: invalid adapter location.
  • Databricks issues JDBC errors with codes 500004, 500594 or 500593.
  • JDBC URL property ConnCatalog is used but does not seem to have effect.
  • Data Provisioning Agent logs with LogLevel=6 setting show errors:
    • HIVE_METADATA_SCHEMA_ERR.
    • ErrorClass=NOT_FOUND.UC_CONNECTION_MISSING_REFRESH_TOKEN.
