Symptom

  • Instances where the FQM_FlOW table in Flow builder plus is updated with double amounts leading to inflated amounts in Cash Flow Analyzer (CFA).
  • The issue occurs randomly for a few transactions and is difficult to track.
  • The problem is not consistently replicable in downstream systems.
  • Error Message: "Processing of message &1 stopped; message already in process"
