3571809 - SAP_FIORI_CONTENT_ACTIVATION task list failed at task Activate Odata Services.

Symptom

During the Fiori Rapid activation procedure while running SAP_FIORI_CONTENT_ACTIVATION task list, at task Activate OData Services a lot of service activation fails (can be more hundred based on the number of the selected BR roles).

The end of the error messages describes to try the activation of the failing service manually:

For detailed analysis activate failed service manually with transaction /IWFND/SERVICE_MAINT
For support open Fiori Apps Library; search for OData service; check SUPPORT for component
========

However the manually activations with transaction /IWFND/SERVICE_MAINT are working without any errors, just the task list is failing.
