3571812 - Purchase Order deletion restriction

You want to prevent an item deletion during processing of a Purchase Order, which is not in the standard process.

For example:

System should not be allow to delete any line item in PO through ME22N if any Service Entry Sheet exists, it should be allow after all SES deleted.
