3571841 - Can't Find Sales Quote Approval When Using Microsoft Teams

Using Microsoft Teams the Appointments and Visits are available on the integration with SAP Cloud for Customer, however the Sales Quote Approval is not available.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Open the Microsoft Teams.
2. Check the C4C Integration.
3. It is not possible to find the Sales Quote Approval.

Currently, there is no direct way apart from Customer using share workspace feature for Sales Quote and reminding approvers in the Microsoft Teams.

This would be a new requirement.

As it is a behavior of the system, we would suggest the SAP Sales Cloud Portal https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1868 requesting this functionality. The Customer Influence portal is the correct channel for requirements of changes in the system behavior.

There, other customers can also vote for the idea and depending on the demand from the customer community, the developers will evaluate and plan accordingly for a possible implementation of this new feature.
