3571852 - Error in Business Rule after being Transported using Configuration Transport Center

• When transporting business rules from one tenant to another using the Configuration Transport Center, the business rule loses the base object and displays the error message: "One or more parameters in this rule refer to an unavailable or inactive object. You can see the object highlighted in the list of parameters." or "The rule is corrupt and can’t be displayed. You can view the technical definition of the rule in “Manage Data”, or delete it directly."
• This occurs specifically when the scenario of a business rule being transported is anything other than basic (ex: Trigger Cross-Entity Rules or Trigger Workflows)
