Symptom
- Unable to progress beyond step 9 in the Guided Service Preparation Session, which requires the fields related to customer number and name of the Quick Sizer project to be filled
- The system displays the error message "Step 9 (Initial Questions) was not rated, navigation was canceled"
- All previous steps show a check mark, indicating completion
- Quick Sizer project does not exist or is not used
- Session title may contain description similar to: GL Analysis Session - SAP CQC for Implementation - Analysis Preparation Session
