When monitoring workflows see the following error when trying to load more than 1000 entries: 

"{\"error\":{\"message\":\"The request could not be processed.\",\"logId\":\"XXX-region\",\"details\":[{\"severity\":\"error\",\"message\":\"The value of the '$top' parameter is invalid. The maximum allowed value is 1000.\"}]}}"
