Symptom

  • We are currently encountering an issue while executing the DATAEXTRACT pipeline. Although the job appears to complete successfully from a backend or job execution perspective, the expected output file is not present in the configured outbound SFTP location.
  • When users attempt to access or download the file via the UI, an error message is displayed stating:
    • "OutboundFile is not available at the moment, please try later."
