3571912 - System failed to start after System Rename

• The system rename has been finished successfully, However, SAP system failed to start after that
• The status of system process is Gray in SAPMMC
• sapstartsrv service can be started without issue
• Following trace can be seen in dev_* trace file (e.g. dev_ms)
