3571924 - Unavailability of Cash Flow Key Selection in New Bank Statement

• In the process of creating a new bank statement, the Cash Flow Key is not available for selection.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Liquidity Management work center.
2. Go to the Bank Statements view.
3. Select New > Bank Statement.
4. Enter required details and navigate to Step 3 'Create and Edit Items'.
5. Choose Add Row.
6. Add the relevant Payment Method and observe that the Cash Flow Key is unable to selection.

The issue arises because the relevant country is not maintained in the Cash Flow Key Country List.

To maintain the relevant country, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Overview view.
3. Search and open the activity List of countries relevant for generating Direct Cash Flow Statement with Cash Flow Keys.
4. Choose Add Row.
5. Add the relevant country/region and save.
6. Now, the Cash Flow Key will be available for selection.
