3571949 - FAGLGVTR: Update Runs are always executed in "Detailed" Mode

Symptom

• In transaction FAGLGVTR (Balance Carry Forward), when Test Run is unchecked, the update run always runs in Detailed mode.

• The Aggregated and Detailed radio buttons are disabled, with Detailed selected by default.

• Occurs during period-end closing and balance carryforward activities.
