3572007 - SASL-XOAuth2 using IMAP, SMTP with Service Principle in the context of Outlook 365 in Cloud Integration

Symptom

One is seeking information to connect the Integration Suite to an MS365 shared mailbox and use a Service Principal for this purpose.

While connecting a mailbox without an intermediate Service Principal does work, the same doesn't with use of MFA.

The deployment of the iflow with such setup fails with similar error like this:
