• When trying to create a new crystal report in Crystal Reports for Enterprise, below error appears:

  There was a problem accessing the Relational Connection on SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform. Please check with your System Administrator that connection is correctly configured.
  
  while trying to invoke the method
  com.sap.connectivity.foundation.api.Connection.Properties() of a null object loaded from local variable 'connection'
  
  
• Issue is with non-Administrator users only.
