Unable to Deselect Question 'Direct Cash Flow Statement - China' in Business Configuration.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration - Implementation Projects view.
2. Select the project.
3. Click 'Edit Project Scope'.
4. Click Next till step 'Questions'.
5. Select 'All Elements'.
6. Navigate to: Financial and Management Accounting->General Ledger->Communication for General Ledger
7. Find question: Direct Cash Flow Statement - China
8. Cannot deselect it.

There are transactions created in the system after scoping this question.

Once this question has been selected and related transactions are created in the system, it's not possible to descope the question.
