3572323 - Reloading due to Memory Constraints message appears while loading live connection based Story in iOS Client for SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

  • An import/live BW/Hana connection based story that can be opened without any issues on desktop environments or Android clients cannot be opened on iOS devices for some business end users.
  • When the affected user/users open the dashboard in the SAP Analytics Cloud for iOS app, the error "Reloading due to memory constraints" is shown while loading the story.
  • The user has no other background applications running parallel with the Analytics Cloud for iOS app.
