Symptom

Error below in the Web Service Message Monitoring view with the Service Interface as -ITSAM_-SM_SEARCH:
Web service processing error; more details in the web service error log on provider side.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
  2. Then go to the Web Service Monitoring view.
  3. Check the error with the Service Interface -ITSAM_-SM_SEARCH.

Cause

The issue was initially assumed to be related to the search function. However, system is working as expected.

Resolution

The error message on the frontend can be safely canceled without any impact on the functionality.
