• Encountered an issue while Migrating Form I-9 Audit Trail Data to Onboarding
• Records were not processed due to some missing data.
• I-9 Migration failed because AlienDocumentExpirationDate value is empty.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Failed because AlienDocumentExpirationDate value is empty.

Based on the report, the key AlienDocumentExpirationDate has not been added for the employees who are showing a status of "Failed" due to the empty AlienDocumentExpirationDate value.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Super Admin.
2. Navigate to Manage HR Data.
3. Search for the candidates (User Id is listed in the report with the error Failed because AlienDocumentExpirationDate value is empty).
4. Click on the activity for BasicPilot (E-verify).
5. Add the key AlienDocumentExpirationDate and set the value for this key.
6. After completing these steps, proceed with the I-9 re-verification migration again.
