Diagnosis
The employee vendor account is determined by the personnel number. The information coming from Concur doesn't fulfill the standard format of a personnel number.

Procedure
Verify the entry specified in the employee master data and check whether the settings for the vendor account determination in the Setting Up the Posting Import wizard are correct.
