3572427 - 403 Forbidden Error when accessing SAP Cloud Logging Service Dashboard via IAS Authentication

After successfully integrating SAP Cloud Identity Service as the IDP into the SAP Cloud Logging Service, when users log into the Cloud Logging Service using IAS , choose Global tenant and try to create a new dashboard by clicking on the dashboard in the menu, either the dashboard fails to load and displays a blank screen, or the 'Add Dashboard' button is grayed out.

GET https://dashboards-sf-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.cls-13.cloud.logs.services.<region>.hana.ondemand.com/api/saved_objects/_find?fields=title&per_page=10000&type=index-pattern 403 Forbidden 

From console, below log can be observed:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()   /api/saved_objects/_find?fields=title&per_page=10000&type=index-pattern:1
