3572449 - Inconsistency in Unlocking Compliance and e-Signature Tasks in Onboarding

• In the Process Variant, once Personal data collection task completed, both compliance and e-signature should be generated at the same time. 
• However, inconsistency in the timing of unlocking the "Complete e-Signature" and "Compliance" tasks after completing the "Provide Personal Data" step.

The application has to generate the task one by one.

Sometimes, compliance is generate first.

Sometimes, e-signature first.

And the second task will take one or two minutes to be generated.

Candidates need to refresh the page to see the unlocked task.

Suggest to share more guidance in the notification that sent to candidates to tell them that they need to refresh several times and complete both compliance and e-signature.
