3572497 - Generation of Two Accounting Documents Through Goods Receipt and Issue Process in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• The system generates two accounting documents when checking the material documents of previously received and issued goods through the MIGO app.
• The issue is exemplified by material document number 500000xxxx under entity, with a material movement type of 101 (goods receipt for order).

1. Check the material documents of previously received and issued goods through the MIGO app.
2. Observe that the system generates two accounting documents through the goods receipt and issue process.

The issue arises when Scope Item 3F0 Event-Based Production Cost Posting is activated. When posting a Goods Receipt (GR) for an Order (Movement type 101), the system posts the Material Management (MM) Document but generates two Accounting Documents instead of one.

1. Understand that Scope Item 3F0 Event-Based Production Cost Posting has been activated.
2. Note that when posting a GR for an Order (Mvt 101), the MM Document is posted but two Accounting Documents are generated.
