3572553 - The custom field value does not appear in the "Create Billing Documents" (F0798) app

Symptom

The custom field value does not appear in the billing due list of the "Create Billing Documents" (F0798) app although the custom field has value in delivery.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The custom field in the billing due list is empty.

Resolution

In the business context "Shipping: Delivery", enable the "Delivery Header Level to Billing Due List" for the custom field under the "Business Scenario" tab in the "Custom Fields" app.
