3572704 - Missing entitlement for SAP Project and Resource Management - Project Management for Test & Development License

If SAP Partner have a SAP Project and Resource Management - Project Management Test & Development License but can not entitle you BTP Subaccount with SAP Project and Resource Management - Project Management.

Note: This information does not apply for a full subscription of SAP Project and Resource Management, unless a SAP Partner with the SAP Project and Resource Management Test & Development License. As customer are relevant for the normal  full subscription of SAP Project and Resource Management.

Please note that SAP Project and Resource Management consists of two capabilities:
a) Resource Management
b) Project Management
 
At the moment the SAP Project and Resource Management for Test & Development license only consists of Resource Management despite the full product to be part of both capabilities. So there is no Test & Development license for the Project Management capability in SAP Project and Resource Management.

Ensure to entitle your subaccount with SAP Project and Resource Management - Resource Management, if that is not the case then it's a different error (make sure to understand that this information only applies when you have the SAP Project and Resource Management Test & Development license).
 
There is no Test & Development license for the Project Management capability in SAP Project and Resource Management at the moment. So there is no possibility to entitle subaccount with the project management capability.
 
Note: Even if the booster "Set up project management" is visible in BTP account while having no entitlement. That is normal behavior, boosters are always visible no matter if you have the respective entitlements or not. During the booster execution it is checked if subaccount is entitled, which however as explained above can not be the case for a Test & Development license of SAP Project
