3572840 - Not Possible to Add Attribute Translation through Products Integration API

When Using the Products Integration API,  translation for Attribute Name and Attribute Value are not possible, in comparison with Simple Product Administration API. 

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

1. Perform a GET api/product/v1/Products on any product
2. Verify that for available Attribute Translation, Attribute Name and Values are not available.

Expected Behavior.

• Products Integration API introduced in CPQ-2502 is completely meant to be used for Products
• What is covered on this API is only what is available in the product translation page, only translations that are in connection with products
• Translations for attributes are defined on attribute definitions and Attribute API should be used to achieve desired goal.
