Symptom
- The candidate status is made active in the system before their start date, which is not the expected behavior. The conversion job in provisioning should only make a candidate active in the system on the start date. This premature activation allows the candidate to replicate to ECP before their start date.
- Once the candidate status is changed to active, they cannot log into the system as IAS blocks them.
- Other symptom would be, a candidate skipped Manage Pending Hires (MPH) completion and became active in Employee Central (EC) even though they had a "Ready to Hire" status in Onboarding.
