3572932 - Pricebook Visibility filter conditions not working in Quote 2.0

There are two issues here.

• Pricebook visibility conditions relating to Business partners are being ignored even when True.
• UI displays Visibility filter conditions as "is" operator regardless of what operator a User sets up the condition as.

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Open Quote.
Navigate to the Customer Info tab.
Select the existing business partner.
Click on Quotation.
The pricebook is not visible.

Bug found in the code.

Both of these issues will be resolved in a future release. No release date given yet.

There is a workaround, described below:

• In the pricebook setup, just above where you have added filters for visibility conditions, there is a checkbox beside "Advanced visibility"
• Tick this box
• You will then see, an input box labelled "Visibility formula"
• In here, we can add various CTX tags to get the pricebooks to appear based on the logic surrounding the Business Partners use case which you have.
• You can click on the blue icon to the side of this input box to get the formula builder pop up which should help you to add the conditions you need.
