3573022 - Cannot Load Tile error in Analytical Tiles | SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Customer is getting "Cannot load tile" error in Analytical Tiles in Fiori Launchpad.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Fiori Launchpad
2. Check the tiles (Example: Overdue Receivables app, Days Sales Outstanding app...)

The issue is being caused due to a Currency/Unit Conversion Error.

By default, those analytical apps use currency "EUR" as display currency. You're running the report using a currency (XXX) that in your system there's no currency conversion from EUR to XXX.

Maintain the related exchange rate in the 'Maintain Exchange Rates' app.
