3573041 - Workforce Replication Error 'Email is mandatory for Employee'

When trying to replicate workforce data from SuccessFactors to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition using the MDI (Master Data Integration) or SOAP API, the following error is thrown:

• Email is mandatory for Employee *, Message Class "FS4BPU_EMPL_MINIMSTR", Message Number "205"

When checking the employee's data though, their email can be found in the payload.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

• The employee's email is available, but it is saved with the wrong email type.
• System only accepts Business Email (Type "B") during replication. Since the email is not marked as type "B", the system treats it as missing and throws the error. 

Verify the employee's email details in the source system and ensure that the email is maintained as a Business Email (Type "B"). After correcting the email type, replicate the employee data again so that the email can be successfully transferred to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
