3573041 - Workforce replication error "Email is mandatory for Employee *"

When trying to replicate workforce data from SuccessFactors to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition using the MDI (Master Data Integration) or SOAP API, the following error is thrown:

• Email is mandatory for Employee *, Message Class "FS4BPU_EMPL_MINIMSTR", Message Number "205"

When checking the employee's data though, their email can be found in the payload.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Only emails of type "B" (or Business emails) can be replicated.

Ensure that a Business email (of type "B") is maintained during data replication.
