Symptom

  • Encounter error when performing BO patching from 4.3 SP3 to 4.3 SP4:
    "SETUPENGINE.EXE has stopped working"
  • Below error is observed in ErrosAndWarning log:
    Error: Icon doesn't exist: "Installation Path"\SAP BusinessObjects\setup\icons\InfoView.ico
  • Below logs are observed in Windows Event Viewer:
