Symptom
Customer has activated DKIM for the same domain from both production and test tenants. However, after successful activation, the emails sent from production tenant are referring the selector of test tenant.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
Per domain, only one selector can be active at a time. It's likely that the domain for your test tenant was activated first, resulting in the domain signing with the test tenant selector.
Please note that this is only a selector name issue and it will not cause any problems with sending emails.
You can request to change the selector name as per your business requirements, please be aware that this request will not take effect immediately. This process typically takes a minimum of 1 week to complete.
