3573097 - Syntax error causes phase TABIM_POST_TRANS hanging.

Phase TABIM_POST_TRANS is hanging when doing upgrade for SAP SCM 700 (based on EHP1 for SAP NW 7.0) from SPS8 to SPS18.

You got the following dump in the system when access SNOTE, SPAM, SE38, SE11.
