The fine-tune activity 'Automatic Creation of Purchase Orders' is missing in Business Configuration

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Business Configuration work center
2. Go to the Implementation Project view
3. Select the relevant project
4. Choose Open Activity List
5. In the All Activities drop-down menu, Search for Automatic Creation of Purchase Orders fine-tuning activity
6. The activity is missing

The question "Do you want purchase orders to be created automatically from purchase requests?" is not scoped.

Follow the below steps to scope the scoping question:

1. Navigate to the Business Configuration work center
2. Select the implementation project
3. Select Edit Project Scope
4. Navigate to the Questions section
5. Expand Purchasing, then Purchase Request and Order Management, then Purchase Request
6. Under the group Automatic Creation of Purchase Orders (1), scope in the question "Do you want purchase orders to be created automatically from purchase requests?"
7. Select Next and Finish
