Resolution
It's only possible to assign one semantic tag to the budget availability profile for projects.
Maintain Budget Availability Control Profile for Projects
The semantic tag on the other hand can be assigned to many account groups. Therefore, the availability control can be performed for many account groups, but not with different thresholds. The thresholds are based on the semantic tag and are identical for all account groups tagged.
