3573279 - Unable to modify Master Data in F3516 in case already existing transactional data

Symptom

  1. It is not possible to change the existing profit center master data due to error "Validity start date must not be earlier than 01.01.1950".
  2. Attempting to change the date results in another error: "Postings have already been made to profit center PCXXXXXX, it cannot be deleted".
