3573313 - Error - 'You can't save. The draft is not consistent.'

While creating a Budget Supplement in app Manage Budget Documents - Projects following error occurs;

"You can't save. The draft is not consistent."

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental." 

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2502

1. Open Manage Budget Document app.
2. Click on create Budget Supplement.
3. Enter all the field and click and save.

This is known issue. 
When filling in the amount, system performs a check on the available amount. 
If there's any warning messages, it will prevent users from saving the supplement document. 

The issue is fixed and its plan to deliver on 2502.2 via CFD (2025.04.21). 

 Work Around

Change the configuration temporarily to remove the warning message, so that user can create the supplement document.
 
1. If warning message is tolerance limitation:
Maintain the limitation usage of the available amount to avoid triggering the warning message.
For detailed steps, refer to the attached document: Budget_Issue_Work_Around - Limitation_Usage.docx
Recommend to change the limit usage back to the old value after you finish the budget supplement.
 
2. If warning message is Budget Consistency Check is disabled:
Active Budget consistency check before 2502.2.
