3573538 - How to Change the Field Agreed Working Hours in Employee Time Profile

Symptom

The agreed working hours for an employee is not displayed correctly in the Time Profile and it needs to be changed.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Personnel Administration Work center.
  2. Search for the affected Employee and click Edit.
  3. Go to the Time Profile tab.
  4. The Agreed Working Hours has a unwanted amont hours.

Cause

Currently, you cannot change the Agreed Working Hours via the Time profile. This is the expected system behavior.

Resolution

In order to change the Agreed Working Hours the steps below can be followed:

  1. Go to the Personnel Administration Work center and select Employees.
  2. Search for the required Employee and select Edit.
  3. Navigate to the Employment tab, then to Work Agreement and finally to Clauses.
  4. Update the agreed working hours to 32 hours per week.
  5. Save the changes.
