3573543 - Attribute Picker tag filter behavior in Performance and 360 Forms, and Development Plan

After a patch delivered in February 2025, the Attribute Picker in Development Plan, Performance and 360 Forms, were using "AND" condition to return the results when using tag filter.
This behavior was limiting the results returned when trying to search for attributes using more than one tag filter, as the system would only return attributes that have associated ALL the tags used for the search.

For example, searching with the filters "Core" and "Critical" will only return attributes that have both tags, and attributes that do not meet this criteria is not included in the filter results.

This behavior will be corrected in a patch during the 1H 2025 Release:

• For Preview environments a patch is planned for 2505p1, that will be deployed on April 22nd;
• For Production environments a patch is planned for 2411p27, that will be deployed on April 24th.

After the patch is delivered, the tag filter behavior in the attribute picker will use "OR" condition again. 
For example, searching with the filters "Core" and "Critical" will return attributes that have either one of tags or all.
